1. Sample
--Q:How long will it take to make a sample?
--A:Usually 7-10day. 2 days for material purchasing, 2 or 3 days for sample
making, 3-5days for delivery.
--Q:What about the sample charge?
--A:Free cost
--Q:Who will cover sample sending cost?
--A:Express charge will be on buyer’s expense. We can send it to the port if you
have bulk goods to deliver, so that it can be sent along with your
goods.
--Q:Who will design the sample?
--A:We are OEM/ODM service offered. You can use our design or your design is welcome!
If you can provide the design drawing, it’s better!
2. MOQ
--Q:What is the MOQ?
--A:500pcs per item.
--Q:Can I buy 10pcs(or one piece, 3 pcs, 30 pcs, etc)?
--A: We have only one or two samples for per design that we don’t have stock in most of our products.
A few designs we have a limited number in stock but there is customer’s logo on it.
3. Date Of Delivery
--Q: What's your delivery time?
--A: That’s depends on the quantity. Generally it’s about 45- 50 days after confirm the order and receive the payment.
4. Port
--Q: Which port will you deliver the goods?
--A:As your requirement, any port is OK. Ningbo/Shanghai port is first choice.
Please note that if you want a port far way from us, then the transportation expense will increase

--Q : Do you have any Certificate for your products ?
--A: Yes, all our products Passed CE & ROHS ,Some products got C-TICK, SAA , UL Certificate.
