Yes, we are factory!
Can I have a sample order?
Yes, sample or mixed samples order are welcomed.
What about the lead time?
Standard samples needs 5 - 7 working days. Mass production order in 30 - 45 days after comfirm samples.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
We usually ship bulk order by boat, samples by express, like DHL, UPS, FedEx. Delivery time normally 30 days by boat, and 3-5 days by express. Also, we respect the choice of the client and choose the appropriate transportation method according to the client's request.
Can you print my logo on the products?
Sure. We can customize the product for you, and we will do our best to do whatever it takes.
What about the guarantee?
We offer 2-5 years warranty for all products.
Are you responsible with the quality?
Of course. Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Also, in case of faulty, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
