This machine is mainly used for precision winding of lithium ion battery . The working
process is as follows: Manually insert the positive and negative electrode sheets into the winding section, separate them from the separator, wind them according to the requirements, and automatically apply the terminating tape, and the batteries are automatically baiting.
1. Adopt double-needle structure, the width of the needle can be continuously adjusted ;
2. Manually import electrode, automatic winding, automatic needle change, automatic affixing of terminating tape, and automatic feeding;
3. The sticking tape adopts the vertical sticking method, the glue is flat, the glue position can be precisely controlled and the battery core will not be pulled tight; the sticking glue is stable and reliable;
