Main Features
1. The high-power intelligent ultrasonic metal spot welding machine is specially applied to the pole piece welding of large-capacity power batteries. It adopts intelligent control mode, covering modes such as time, energy, power, energy and depth.
2. It is specially designed for the welding of laminated power multilayer aluminum foil and copper foil, as well as the welding of multi-pole batteries in parallel series.
3. Power battery welding is more focused on processability, combined with ultrasonic welding and process operability, rather than a single indicator of pure soldering robustness.
4. This product is suitable for the welding of 1-100AH laminated power battery positive and negative electrodes (between 10-120 layers of aluminum foil and copper foil) and parallel series tab welding of PACk batteries.
