Aluminum Profile BT-K1616 is a surface mounted Aluminum profile, channel, extrusion, for low to medium output LED strips. Aluminum channel BT-K1616 can be made "dotless" with a frosted lens and our "dotless" LED strips. Use this for professional LED light installations. LED Aluminum channels act as a heat sink to protect your LED strips from overheating. Aluminum extrusions for LED strips also waterproof LED strips, ribbon in outdoor installations. For added waterproofing use an IP65 or IP68 LED Strip. This Aluminum Channel comes with one pair of clips, end-caps, and one clear OR frosted lens.

Aluminum Channel BT-K1616 is a slim, compact 45 degree LED aluminum extrusion. It comes with a rounded (quarter-circle) lens for uniform 45 degree light output. Design of Aluminum housing BT-K1616 allows user to build compact DOTLESS linear LED fixtures. It is a perfect solution for under-cabinet, in-cabinet, and over cabinet linear LED lighting. 45 degree light output also allows this led strip light channel to be an excellent retail and showcase linear lighting solution. Other popular applications are: linear LED wine cellar lighting, linear LED museum lighting, and linear LED closet lighting.
Installation:
Install in minutes with easy snap-and-go clips. This Aluminum housing comes with (3) mounting clips. Simply install clips onto surface with screws and quickly snap your LED aluminum extrusion, channel, housing into place.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 100pcs
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: MOQ 50pcs, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
