A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and we will put the aroma diffuser into burn-in room for testing at least 12 hours,so the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, if the products with quality problem during the guarantee period, please take photos or videos to us, our engineer will check, if belongs to our issue, we will refund the send new one next order.
