during or after the assembly of DIY battery pack, such as battery damage, charger failure, incorrect or unbalanced assembly,
battery pack expansion due to charging, BMS unprotected, etc. due to the connection of the protection board to the wrong
conductor, return or refund will not be provided; 3. We will check the voltage / resistance / appearance before each shipment. We
can only ensure that The single battery is good. When you receive the goods, you can test the battery within 15 days. If you find
a problem with the battery, you can contact us to return or refund; 4. For the application of return refund, the battery can be
returned only if it is not used, the welding rod is intact, there is no welding, no wear and good appearance. The buyer needs to
bear the freight for any return behavior. Express and logistics As batteries are prohibited goods, many express and logistics can
not be delivered. The arrival time will be a little slower. Please wait patiently after placing an order. The delivery time is
delayed due to slow express service or other factors, but the buyer is unable to provide adverse product feedback and does not
