To meet the market requirement, Bird UV have very strong UV Light Curing System with an intensity 40W/CM2 for sheetfed offset printer, high speed flexo printer, gravure printer and web offset printer, all the system can controlled by PLC.
Q2. Can I buy water chiller in my local market?
A: Yes, I will suggest you the chiller capacity after confirm which model you want.
Q3. Can I use my own PLC and Electric cabinet?
A: Yes, of coures. Our UV LED driver provide RS485 communication.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Yes, we offer 20000HRS service and 1 year free warranty. The installation service can provided but should be payed according different country and different system.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new parts with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
