Step1: Take photo, and explain the phenomenon, then we will guess the possible reasons.
Step2: We will offer the Solution Plan, if failed, send back the broken tubes to us.
Step3: We will test and repair them, all information will be wrote in the Maintenance Manual.
Step4: If failed to repair, those will be replaced by the new tubes to you within the warranty, and send back to you with the Instruction.
