We are a factory, our all lamp price is the factory price(not include shipping cost).
About the shipping cost, please place an order, contact me, i will calculate the shipping cost and change the order price.

I can send them by FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, China post,Hongkong post,China-Europe dedicated logistics,etc.

I will choose the best shipping way for you.

Please pay for order until i change the order price (include add the shipping cost), otherwise i can not ship the order.

Shipment: 

 When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. 

We will send the items within 3 days once your payment is completed.  

  We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in 

customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product

 is inspected.

 Please note that  buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage       fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your  country. 

 These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.

 We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.  

The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

 Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

However, if the sample quantity is large, the buyers need to pay for the shipping cost.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A:Sample needs 5-15 days, mass production time needs 1-3 weeks for order quantity more than 

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT if your quantity is not so small. It usually takes 7-10 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional if you palce a large quantity.

Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 1-3 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the 

defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for 

small quantity. For 
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can 

discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
