Answer: a,Please make sure that the mobile phone can connect to the external network through WIFI normally. In addition, the device and the mobile phone are required to connect same WIFI network ; b,The light bulb blinks indicating that it is connecting the network. If the connection time is over 30s, the connection fails. This reason may be entering wrong WIFI password or data error during transmission. Users should check the network status of mobile phone or WIFI router, and confifirm there is no connection restrictions set by WIFI router. Then please confifigure it once again following steps of Operation.
2. Question: The device suddenly cannot be controlled ?
