with pictures and user manual of software to customers. Of course ,we can also
dispatch our technicist to customers's factory for training.Customer can also come to our
factory to get a good training when conveniently.
Q3：What are the after sales service?
A3：Our products have two years warranty. We will provide technical support and
spare parts in case of any problems during the warranty period.
But as for the parts damaged by artificially, it does not fall within our warranty list and we
will charge the related cost . After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

A4：The shipments have 3 layers package. Outside, we pack with plywood case.Inside,
machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. innermost layer, the
machine is covered by waterproof plastic bag.
Q5：What’s delivery time?
A5： 5-7 working days after receive the payment.
