Q1: How long is the warranty for your products?
A: We provide a warranty of 1 year for most of our products, defective products under warranty can be returned back to us for repair.
Q2: What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept payment through Paypal, Western Union and TT, when dealing with TT we require T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3: What about your lead time?
A: Generally we need 3-5 workdays to make ready sample orders, and around 25 workdays for bulk order, the specific lead time depends on the items and the quantity of your orders. We usually employ international air express like DHL to ship sample orders, which takes approximately 3-7 days for delivery, bulk orders can be shipped by either air or sea.
Q4: Can we customize our own products from your company?
A: Yes we accept ODM/OEM orders, we have a talented team of dozens of engineers and our own molding workshop, so we are capable of developing products for our customers.
Q5: Can we put our brand or Logo on your products?
A: Yes we can have your Logo printed for your order, usually we require a MOQ for that.
