The enclosure of explosion-proof safety switch is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel ,can be used in hazardous industrial areas. It has characters of high anti- corrosion ,waterproof and dust proof .Therefore they satisfy the requirements in chemical ,petroleum and sea industries.
lt houses Ex de flameproof safety switch module. It is suitable for isolation for power in the circuit which frequency is AC50/60Hz, the rated voltage is 230~ 690V and the rated currentis 16~ 180A during the period of maintaining, cleaning and overhauling.
Switch is with interlock which is in the state of lock in, the switch is not turn on.
Operation handle is of padlock device.
Switch with black operation handle is standard type, and switch with red/yellow operation handleis emergency stoop type.
The Ex module inside has been IECEx and ATEX certified.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new product with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
