Food and drinks can greatly influence the colour of your teeth. There are foods and beverages that make your teeth darker, the worst offenders being red wine, cigarettes, soft drinks, citrus, coffee & tea, curries, soy sauce and berries. (It is recommended to avoid the above staining agents for the first 3 hours after treatment to maximise whitening results).
8.which teeth shades easier to whiten?
In general if your teeth are yellow, it will be easier to make them whiter. Gray teeth are harder to whiten. Your teeth can only be whitened to their genetic natural whiteness
