-The light source module

Adopted high brightness LED light source ,equipped high efficient constant current drive power, than the gas discharge lamp saving up to 60%; all sealed LED module, water proof and dust proof, do not need to clean inner and maintenance-free; low thermal resistance of the circuit board, special design of circuit module, each unit failure does not affect the normal operation of the remaining components.

-Power module

High efficient constant current drive power cooperate with intelligent power regulator; it has the flux compensation, reduce the light fades, ensure the light efficient of LED; equipped overvoltage protection, over current protection and surge current protection.

 -Head dissipation module

Explosion proof light housing choose aluminous alloy high pressure casting molding, after blasting the surface by electrostatic spray, effectively improve the heat dissipation performance of the housing; circuit board close aluminum housing, It can be instantly converted point heat source to surface heat source, doubling the cooling area, which will help to perform a rapid dispersion and enhances the cooling effect; shell surface having the gas dispersion groove, with the help of  air flow to remove heat; high fin density, greatly improving cooling area, fully guaranteed the LED heat dissipation requirements, prolong the service  life.

LED light source features

  -High luminous efficiency

Incandescent luminous is 7-14lm/W, florescent is 50-80lm/W, high pressure sodium lamp is 80-120lm/W, most power consumption turn into heat consumption. LED luminous efficiency up to 90-120lm/W, in addition, LED light color is good, narrow spectrum, color temperature can be selected, the color is good.

-lower power consumption

Each LED light bead of power is 1-3W, DC Drives, signal tube pressure 3-35V,current 0.35-1A, reaction speed, can be operated at high frequency. In the same lighting efficiency , power consumption is one-eighth of incandescent, fluorescent tubes half.

-Long service life

 Ordinary light-emitting electronic light field radiation, filament light easy to burn, heat deposition, light attenuation and other shortcomings. The LED light source is small volume . Light weight, epoxy resin, high strength to withstand mechanical shock and vibration, not broken. Theoretical life up to 100,000 hours, can greatly reduce lighting maintenance costs and avoid frequent lamp replacement
