Product characteristics
1. Light source module:

3. Heat dissipation module:
The shell of explosion-proof lamp is formed by high-pressure casting of aluminium alloy, and the heat dissipation performance of the shell is effectively improved by high-voltage electrostatic spraying after shot blasting; the circuit board is close to the aluminium alloy shell, which can instantly convert the point heat source to the surface heat source, and the heat dissipation area is doubled, which is conducive to rapid heat dispersal and improve the heat dissipation efficiency; the shell surface has airflow dispersion groove, which takes heat away by means of air flow. Characteristics of LED Light Source
1. High luminous efficiency
The efficiency of incandescent lamp is 7-14 lm/W, fluorescent lamp is 50-80 lm/W, and high pressure sodium lamp is 80-120 lm/W. Most of the power consumption becomes heat loss. The light efficiency of LED can reach 90-120 lm/W, and its light has good monochromaticity, narrow spectrum, selective color temperature and good color rendering.
2. Low power consumption
LED single power 1 ~ 3W, DC drive, single tube drive voltage 3 ~ 3.5V, current 0.35 ~ 1A, fast response, high frequency operation. Under the same lighting effect, the power consumption is one eighth of the incandescent bulb and one half of the fluorescent tube.
3. Long service life
The common light source uses the electronic light field to emit light, which has the disadvantages of burnable filament, thermal deposition, light attenuation and so on. The LED light source is small, light weight, epoxy resin packaging, can withstand high strength mechanical impact and vibration, not easy to break. The theoretical life of the lamp is 100,000 hours, which can greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the lamp and avoid frequent lamp change.
4. Safety and reliability
