Q1: What is the warranty for lamps?
For led lamps , we have 3 years waranty . If any quality problems on our side occured in this priod , we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q2: What is color temperature?
Comled's led lighting offer lamp in warm, natural and cool white with color temperature measured in kelvin(K).
Warm white=2700k-3000k
Natural white= 4000k-4500k
Cool white=5000k-6500k
Q3: What is CRI?
CRI is a figure which feedback the real color. For led tubes , the CRI is mostly 75-80Ra. But there are some suppliers write a high data to attract clients. Please note.
Q4: How dose your factory do regarding quality control?

Q5: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
