Important Tips:
1. Please carefully check the parameters of each COB LED model, especially the Working Voltage and Max Current. If don't use correct power supply, the COB can not work well or even will be broken.
2. Most of the COB LED needs additional heatsink/ radiator. If don't add a radiator, the COB can be burnt quickly because of high temperature.
3. There's no wire or connector on all COB LED lights, you need a welding tool to solder wires or connectors for the COB. Or if you need products with wires, please contact us before purchasing.
4. The COB LED lights are waterproof, but the wiring place need to be waterproofed in addition.
5. We accept OEM and ODM service to customized any type of COB LED light.

What is COB LED?
COB (Chips on Board) is a new technology of LED packaging of LED light engine. Multi LED chips are packaged together as one light module. When it lights up, it looks like a lighting panel.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for the COB LED lights?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Existing products can be sent in 1-3 days, customized Sample needs 12-15 days, mass production time needs around 15 days.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for cob led light orders?
A: For the existing products, any quantity is available. But for customized products, there's MOQ (500pcs for example).
Q4. Is the COB LED light waterproof?
A: The wiring part need to be specially handled, then the light is totally waterproof.
Q5. Are there any important tips when using the COB LED lights?
A: Firstly, must use correct power supply (Voltage and Current) for the COB.
Secondly, must add heatsink/ radiator when light it up.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For small orders, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. For large orders, we usually use Airline and sea shipping methods which may take a litter longer.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.

defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
