Q1: Can I only purchase the projector or gobo lens?
A: Yes, of course. But you should know that the projector need match with the gobo lens to work and have a certain gobo size required.
Q2: How to choose the right projecotr wattage for me?
A: The gobo projector wattage choose mainly depend on the distance and the environment you'd plan to use, you can refer to the picture below. (All of the LED projector not suggested use on the day time, expecially under the sunshine)
Q3: For a certain distance, is it possible to make the light showing bigger or smaller?
A: Yes! The defaulty beam angle is 20°, we can also support 10° 15° 30° 45°. Please kindly note the beam angle not adjustable, different beam angle need a different optical lens.
Q4: How do I prepare the gobo design, is there any requirement?
A: 1). If you already have the designs, you can send to us directly, clear bitmap or vector file is ok. PDF format is most recommended.
2) If you don't have the designs, you can tell us or show us (such as draw a craft on paper) how you want it to be, our professinal designer will help you finish the design until you satisfied with it. It's FREE designs.
Q5: What's the cost for my gobo lens customizing?
A: The gobo lens cost depend on the colors. The standard color can choose from the list below. White color is the original light, not figure into the quantity. The other color out of the standard list need use colorful (RGB) lens.
Q6: How do I position the projector to make it shows keep the designs?
A: The Projector light recommended perpendicular to the projecting surface, more than 30° inclination will cause the showing out of shape.
Q7: How can you make sure the image showing sharp and clear?
A: You can rotate the head lens to focus the different distance, our projector have a widely focus adjustment, from 1M to far away. Please make sure the locking ring need fixed after adjust focus for the waterproof projector.

2. Q: How about your products warranty time and after-sale services?
A: Our products have a 2 year warranty time, if the products have using problem (non-human damages), please contact our staff soon. We'll offer the technical support or arrange the replacement if needed.
3. Q: Do you support sample order or drop-shipping services?
A: Yes, we can offer the sample order and welcome the bulk order discussion, bulk order have a ladder price for you : ), drop-shipping services is also acceptable.
4. Q: What's your lead time?
A: It depend on the order quantity. We always have the regular model projector in stock, but the gobo lens need customized one by one, so, the sample order need about 1-3 days, and bulk order need about 1-2 weeks.
5. Q: Which ways you can offer for the shipment?
A: We are experienced at exporting, can offer a varity of shipping solutions as you need, economic or fast ways. It basiclly including:
1) Air Post or EMS shipping. The shipping time about 15-60 days.
2) Express shipping: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT etc. The shiping time about 3-10 days.
3) Train shipping: about 25-45 days, mostly for European countries.
4) Sea shipping: about 30-45 days.
