Crepini started as a dream for Eric and Paula. As immigrants to America, they sought a better life for their family and a way to share their food traditions - and thus Crepini was born.At the beginning, the family was producing traditional crepes/blinis to a small but enthusiastic following.Then, Eric has a dream - it really happened that way - about making a better-for-you wrap made from eggs.This led to Egg Thins, a delicious, versatile, flexible zero net carb, low calorie wrap.As the business has grown, so has the family involvement.Paula and Eric have been joined in the business by their sons Sam and Ari and their daughter-in-law, Lisa.Early 1970sCrepini Founders, Paula and Eric immigrated from Russia to the United States in search of a better life and opportunities for their family.
