1. When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
2. How could I buy products if there is no price on the website?
Buyers need to send required product details via e-mail. Then a reasonable quotation as request would be provided.
3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality. If you need the samples, we will not charge for the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more than the MOQ.
4. What's your MOQ for OEM order?
MOQ for OEM orders is 100~500pcs for different products. We can offer samples for evaluation before ordering.
5. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge, the samples will be ready for delivery less than 3~5 days. delivery time is 2 ~ 5 working days.
6. What about the lead time for production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. For stock item, delivery time will be 1-5 days. For OEM/ODM it usually be 15 ~ 50 working days.
