A: No light sources are not included.
Q2: Are you factory?
A: Yes, we are factory. We have our own moulding and producing workshops, including brass lost wax workshop, brass casting workshop, hardware workshop, lamp shade workshop and painting workshop. All things are controled by ourselves.
Q3: Do you accept sample order?
A: Yes, we accepet sample order. We understand that many clients need to get sample for quality check.
Q4: Do you have R&D departmemt?
A: Yes. We have a strong team of R&D From drawing to sample.
Q5: How long does it take for the ODM sample?
A: 7-14 days.

Secondly, during the guarantee peorid we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
