Products Description
Single girder electric hoist overhead bridge crane has such as tight dimensions, low building headroom, light dead weight and light wheel pressure. They are applicable to the transfer, assembly, check and repair as well as load and unload at mechanic processing workshop, subsidiary workshop of metallurgic mills, warehouse, goods yard and power station. They can also be used instead of common double girder overhead crane at production workshop in light textiles or food industry. It has two kinds of classification, that is, light and medium. The working ambient temperature is generally -25-40℃. it has forbidden to work in environment with combustibility, explosive or corrosive media.
Single girder bridge cranes have two operating methods, namely, on floor and in the driver`s cabin, have been designed for such kind of crane. The cabin is divided into open-style and closed style. According to the actual situation, it can be divided into two forms: left and right. The entry direction has three including the side, the end face and the top.

This is European style single girder overhead bridge crane which including 0.5 ton to 300 ton. It can be customized according to your different requirements. It is of advanced technology, whose design is based on international standard: FEM (Europe), DIN (Germany), ISO (International), equipped with many advantages such as: strong rigidity, light dead weight, low power, outstanding structure design etc.
The configurations are very advanced, such as Schneider electricals, ABM/Nord / SEW triple gear motor (three in one: motor, gear box, brake), galvanized high strength wire rope, self-adjusted disk brake, hard tooth reducer,programmable lifting limit switch, and so on.
