Shipping

1). Shipping cost:  will inform you delivery details , after We check a better shipping cost with our forwarder . You can calculate shipping cost if perfect enough..
2). Time in transit: Transit time varies with different shipping methods.

3). Item Processing Time: The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, processing time can be 3 to 15 working days.  

Return Policy

If you want to exchange the items received, you must contact us within warranty days of the receipt of your order.And take the clear photos of the problem to us.  And you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status.

What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for this LED work Light?

(1) Any quantity for sample orders is welcome;

(2) Order quantity above 50pcs will enjoy much compresive prices.

How do you ship my orders?

(1) Small orders shipped by DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS;

(2) Bulk order shipped by sea or by air cargo;

(3) Or shipped by your forwarders;

(4) Shipping time 3-7 days for small orders, 5-15 days for bulk orders.

What kind of warranty will I have?

(1) Warranty 12 months;

(2) During warranty period, new replacements will be offerred if any failure happens;

(3) Your pictures or video of the failure will be needed while processing warranty issues.
