Q:Are you the factory or the trading company?
A:we are the factory in Huadu District, Guangzhou, near the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. OEM or ODM service (including model and software system) are provided by us.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A:Generally, our FOB MOQ is 100 sets(It depends on the models), but small sample order 1pcs is acceptable.
Q: How long is delivery time?
A: Normally, the delivery time is 20-35 days according to the order quantity/ model/ size of the screens.
Q: How long is the warranty for the product?
A:The warranty period is 1 YEAR for complete machine, but our open cell are A grade LG screen, service
life usually is 8-10 years. Provided 1% spare parts: ISO:9001 international quality management system certificated, provide
freespare parts to do the maintenance if there are defects in the warranty period.
Q:What payment method your company accept?
A:Weaccept most of the payment methods, it is mainly by TT/Western Union.
