WHY THE LINE LOOK ROUGH?
We welding the small glass with tin and copper foil by hand,so line on the surface not smooth, some also have rough gap

1. The description says the shade is made from glass and metal but some reviewers said it's plastic. Which is true?
I have made stained glass objects and windows for years. Believe me, it is glass! They use various types of clear glass and it is definitely worth the price.
2. Was this lamp well packages for shipment? Was it just left in the store box? Did anyone get a broken one from shipping ?
The lamp came very well packaged. It appeared to have a double wall corrugated exterior box with tight fitting Styrofoam fitted around the lamp parts.
3. Is the shade glass or plastic? Would like someone from the company to respond since customer answers seem to be all over the place on this.
Mine is glass, i know this because it arrived broken. Apparently a box inside of a box inside of a box just wasnt enough. The replacement is also glass which was not broken.
I’ve had these lamps for a few years now and they are still fully functional.
4. I put the lamp together, but my question is....how do I screw on the lampshade? right now it is just sitting in place, cannot figure out how to tightly
There is a ring that screws the shade in place. If you have any spare pieces, take the lamp apart and start over but this time read the directions
5. Is the shade plastic or glass?
Of soure glass,which can stand the soldering temperature 400 degree.If the plastic,which is can only stand soldering 100 degree.
6. What type of bulb is best for this lamp? There are so many choices!
It actually takes 2 standard base bulbs. I use a soft white (3000K) led bulb that is a 60 watt equivalent.
