1.Can I have a sample order?
Yes,we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed samples are acceptable.Low MOQ,3pc for sample checking is available,please contact us for sample shipping.
2.What about the lead time?
For plastic products like light socket and scanner cables,sample needs 3-5days,mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quanlity more than 5000pcs.
3.What payment methods doyou support?
We accept FOUR different payment methods:Credit cards/Debit cards,PayPal,T/T and Escrow.
4.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
If you choose seller`s shipping method,it is for small light sample order below 2kgs,by china post Registered Airmail or epacket which takes 15-45 days(to Brazil maybe 60-90d ays).
If you need them urgently by door-to-door,please choose ship by DHL,UPS,Fedex e-EMS or TNT.It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.(EMS may take 10-15 days)
Airport-to-Airport Airline Cargo model>45kgs and shipping also available,please contact us.

6.Is it OK to print my logo on purchased product?
Yes, Lebeling is available.Please contact us for different product and its MOQ for labeling and your lable design.
7.If the light brightness is down or total off, how to handle?
It prove the power of solar light battery is not enough to support normal lighting, so you need have 2-3 goods sunlight charged, especially in Winter season, the sunlight intensity is much below the standard sunlight (1000kw/m2), it may need more longer time to charge.
