1. Q: Are these led panels suitable for using in my country?
A: These led slim down lights are suitable for North America (USA and Canada) only, with AC90-130V 60Hz input; If requires AC85-265V input for other areas, please contact us for further details.
Please NOTICE that the input voltage is AC90-130V input in this link of led downlights before starting trade insurance orders!
2. Q: What's the delivery time after placing orders?
A: We have 50,000 pieces in stock. For regular orders, products will be shipped to the logistic warehouse the next day after receiving the payment, it will take around 3-5 weekdays for shipping by DHL / FedEx / TNT.
