A: Please provide Gerber file and manufacturing specifications.
Q: Are my PCB files safe when I submit them to you for manufacturing?
A: Your files are held in complete safety and security.Your files are never shared nor will any third parties have access to your design files.Fulltronics can sign an NDA(Non-disclosure agreement) before sending files.
Q: No PCB file/ Gerber file, only have the PCB sample, can you produce it for me?
A: Yes, we could help you to clone the pcb. Just send the sample PCB to us, we could clone the PCB design and work out it.
Q: How about the delivery?
A: Normally, for sample order, our delivery is about 5-7 days.
For small batches, our delivery is about 7-10 days.
For mass production batch, our delivery is about 10-15 days.
The delivery depends on the real condition when we get your order.
Q: What payment do you accept?

Q: How to get the PCBs?
A: For small quantity, we will use express such as DHL, UPS, FED, TNT to send the goods.
