Q1: Can I use our own brand?
We can offer OEM and ODM service for customers. Both customized logo and packaging are acceptable also.
Q2: How do you control the quality? Do you test all your products before delivery?
We have a strict quality control process and reliable QC team from the time raw material arrived until the cargoes loaded. And we will have 100% test before delivery.
Q3: What kind of packaging you offer?
During the packaging process, preventive measures will be taken by us to ensure that the goods are in a good condition during the storage and delivery. Generally, we pack our goods in proper ways. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q4: How about the shipping?
Usually, we will deliver the goods via Express like FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, China Post and so on. Shipping way will depend on the goods quantity and weight.
Q5: What is your terms of payment?
We usually accept T / T, L / C, Paypal / Western union / Alibaba assurance.
If OEM and ODM, T/T 70% as deposit, and 30% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q6: What is the sample delivery time, first order delivery time?
Our sample delivery time is 7 working days, and first order depends on the quantity. You can check the delivery time in the Packing & Delivery time pages.
Q7: What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the sample cost and related courier service cost should be paid by customers.
Q8: How about the insurance during transportation? How to deal with the responsibility?
Buyers should take the full responsibility for the shortage of goods if the goods are checked by any custom during transportation. During transportation, if goods are missed because of having been detained by custom in China, all loss thus occurred should be borne by us; if missing or detained of goods are occurred in other country except China, all of the loss should be borne by buyers.
