We provide all kinds of technology trainings for free, including the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in our factory. All operation manuals, software, test reports , CAD drawings of the steel structure and instruction of installing the cabinets and connecting the signal/power cables can be provided for free. If required, GCL can send an engineer team to the country of the customer to instruct the installation.

Yes, a certain amount of spare parts will be provided for free, spare parts including module, power cable, signal cable, Led diod, IC, Module mask, power supply, receiving cards, etc.
