1. This collar is not a conventional one. If you want to use dog chain, please add a collar.
2. Do not let your dog bite devices on collar so that it would not be damaged.
3. The product cannot distinguish environmental noise. It is normal if the device works when there are some noise similar to dog barking.
4. High receive sensitivity when it is loaded with new battery. But that will reduce over time.
5. With a receive sensitivity switch. You can adjust gears to change receive sensitivity.
6. It is not waterproof. It will be damaged after immersed in water. (when it is immersed in water, please take out battery and use after it is dried. If you take a bath for your dog, please take out the device.)
