LEDs, as the lightsource of LED strip lights, are strictly selected according to the above parameters.
We only use LEDs made up of pure gold wire and pure copper bracket which provide good heat sink, low luminous flux decay and longer lifespan.
Flexible PCB: FPC is made up of 2Oz, 3Oz or 4Oz thick double-layer oxygen-free copper flexible PCB, excellent for electrical conductivity and heat-sink.
1. Original 3M double-sided adhesive tape high strength, permanent bonding and thermal conductive, 9495LE/300LSE, GTM720, GTM725, 55280 and VHB 5952, etc available.
2. Quality silicone tube and silione gel are used for waterproof craft, ensuring high transparency and no yellow with age.
3. Original RALEC lead-free and halogen-free thick film chip resistor with F(±1%) or F(±5%) with precise control of electrical current to protect optoelectronic components.
Color Temperature Tolerance
Color temperature tolerance by MacAdam 5 step and 3 step are available. Normally the tolerance is ±100K by MacAdam 5 step and ±50K by MacAdam 3 step.We only use the same bin for each color temperature range under the precise test by integrating sphere, which ensures the same lighting color for different deliery batches without chromatic aberration.
Color Rendering Index
Color rendering index (CRI) of lighting sources is a quantitative measure of its ability to reproduce the colors of various objects faithfully in comparison with an ideal or natural light source. High CRI is important because high CRI lighting sources can reproduce the colors of various objects faithfully in comparison to a natural light source such as the sun. For example, Art galleries and clothing stores require high CRI lights to show the real colors of objects naturally and vividly. Therefore, we produce high CRI such as 80Ra, 90Ra, 95Ra LED strip lights.
IP20: Non-waterproof for indoor use.
IP65: Silicone gel coating, preventing multi-directional and low-pressure water jets for damp and moist areas use
IP67: Silicone hollow tube covered, protected from water immersion between 5.9 inches and 39.37 inches within 30
minutes for indoor and outdoor use.
IP68: Silicone tube + silicone glue filling, is suitable for continuous immersion in water under conditions for indoor, outdoor and underwater use.

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
