How to use moka pot:
When using the moka pot for the first time, unscrew the upper layer of the spout, remove the filter bag containing the coffee, and check if the filter unit and rubber band under the upper pot are installed.
1. Wash the pot with hot water again and then re-install it as it is, install the water in the bottom layer, and be careful not to exceed the height of the safety valve.
2, Put coffee in the filter, (the amount is based on the taste, generally 6 grams of coffee per cup, please use medium to fine coffee powder).
3. Tighten the upper pot.
4. Put the coffee pot on the heating device and steam it for a few minutes with small/medium (fire or heat), and the coffee will slowly overflow to the upper layer.
5, Immediately remove the coffee pot from the heating device, you can enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee (recommended to dump the first pot of coffee).
6. The edible aluminum alloy material is an easily permeable material, and its fragrance will remain after each coffee is burned.
7. It is not advisable to re-cook the coffee in the espresso pot. It is forbidden to cook on the heating device without water.
8. Be sure to use medium-sized ground coffee. When cooking with gas, the size of the fire should be within the diameter of the bottom of the pot to avoid burning the handle.
