R-630BHG is RED nitride powder with high conversion effiency, good chemical stability and safe and environmental protection.
It can be adopted for LED with higher CRI, back light unit for display with higher NTSC, lighting ,light decoration and singnal indication etc. Higher efficiency is achieved with wavelengths ranging from 380nm to 480nm.
