A1: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes and cartons. If you havelegally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your autnorlzauon letters
Q2: What is your terms of payment?
A2: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of theproducts and packages before you pay the balance
Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A3: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q4: How about your delivery time?
A4: Generally, it will take 7 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment.
The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5:Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A5:Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
Q6. Do you have any MOQ limit for order?
A6: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q7: What is your sample policy?
A7: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost
Q8: Can you produce according to my samples?
A8: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures

A9: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q10: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A10: Yes, we offer 12 months warranty to our products.
Q11: How to deal with the faulty?
A11: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new items with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we
will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
