your prefer shipping port ,your purchasing quantity if possible. We will send a price list to you as soon as possible.Thank you.

3. Can I get a sample order?

Sample order is possible, but you need to pay for the sample cost and freight cost. The sample cost will be return back to you after your

first official order. Thank you.

4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity is just the same as minimum order quantity on the detail description page on Alibaba. It's possible to

order less of the MOQ as a sample order / trial order. If you have a bigger quantity than the MOQ on the detail description page,

5. What is the Trade terms and Payment terms ?

Trade terms :FOB ( Guangzhou / Shanghai / Ningbo ) Other trade terms are possible, but please inform us in advance to have a further

Payment terms :

(1)  Sample orders: 100% payment after confirm the Proforma Invoice.

(2)  Official order : T/T 30% deposit payment, the balance before delivery.

(3)  If you would like to do other payment terms , for example, L/C, please contact us for details in advance.Thank you.

      You can make the payment to us by company account, Western Union, Paypal and other way, we can talk the details by E-mails.

6. What is the fastest delivery date?

Samples orders: The fastest delivery date is 5 working days after your prompt payment ;

Official order: The fastest delivery date is 20-25 days after your prompt deposit payment .

PS:

(1)  Some items maybe with a more shorter time if they have ready products at our warehouse;

(2)  Sometimes the delivery date is base on your order quantity.For examples, if you have a very big quantity,maybe we need some days longer.

7. What is your after-sale service ?

(1)  The Product usually with a warranty for 12 months.

(2)  Quality problems find after received the products or arise in the normal use condition, please fast contact with us by E-mail, our team will

       reply you within 24 hours. 

(3)  If you are require for new products for replacement, please provide detail pictures to show the quality problem, the invoice and the returned 

       reasons.

(4) The following situation cannot enjoy return or replacement.

      a. the product was not normal use

      b. abnormal conditions, wet storage

      c. unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse and change

      d. food and liquid splash damage

      e. products of the normal wear and tear

      f.  beyond the guarantee period
