Led emergency light conversion kit

KUNSEN "P" Series Emergency battery pack is designed specifically to suitable for led down light / Panel / circuits with external driver and constant current, utilizing dc/dc switcher circuitry. 

LED panel /down light emergency battery pack is compatible with a large range of led fixture ideal for led panel light, led down light and many other led lighting with external led driver and low voltage 3~150V, emergency power 5%-100% and 30~180 minutes duration. 

Lamp is lit by driver in normal working conditions, when main is failure, system will be switched automatically to emergency mode, and lamp is lit by battery via inverter/module. 

Technically, it includes:

Installation

Specifications of Drawing, Schedule and symbols,:

L= "Live" wire

N= "Neutral" wire, or named "Nil" or "0"

Switch = a mechanical device that connects or interrupts a "Life" wire to the driver

LED driver is an electronics device that drives led lighting fixture with a constant current

SL is switched life wire connection on led driver

N is neutral connection on led driver

+ on led driver is the positive connection from driver to led fixture

- on led driver is the negative connection from driver to led fixture

Installation Instruction:

Connection 1 is used for safety ground (Earth)

Connection 2 is used for connecting to the life wire of the building electricity network before the switch, sensing if the life wire is "alive"

Connection 3 is used for connecting the neutral of the building electricity network

Connection 4,5 and 6 are not used, or connect "L" of building electricity to connection 4 "SL", and connect driver "SL", "L" with connection 5 and 6

Connection 7 and 8 have a test switch (that is connected in series between the life connection 2 and electronic circuit of KUNSEN module).

Connection 9 (Positive +) and 10 (Negative -) are for connecting a control LED meaning life electricity is connected and "alive"

Connection 11 (+) and 12 (-) are used to connect the battery for emergency operation

Connection 13 (+) and 14 (-) are used to connect the led system driver.

Connection 15 (+) and 16 (-) are used to connect the led fixture to the current driver of Kunsen module.
