- Safety First! - All electrical work should be undertaken by an electrician who is fully qualified and registered. When installing LED Tubes please ensure that appropriate health and safety precautions are taken, including ensuring that the light fixture is properly isolated before commencing work.
- Installation of LED Tubes to a fitting that has not been modified in accordance with the above instructions will result in damage/Failure of the tube. Incorrect modification of the fitting may also result in damage/failure of the tube. Either of the above will invalidate the warranty.
Quality Guarantee:
1. Provide seven days of replacement period: Within 7days since product sold, if product have any quality problem, The customer can be free replacement, and the corresponding freight is bear by our company.
2. Provide four years service for free repair. Since the date of products sold, that the products go wrong and shows operation problem, etc. within three years without improper operation. Free parts and service will be offered to customers. Detailed as below:
First year, the corresponding freight generated by our company; second year, costs generated by sender; third year,cost by customers.
3. Offer after-service for whole life of products. The parts and repairing service will be given to customers if our products show fault after the warranty period. Related parts fee and labor costs will be paid by customers.
4. Repair caused by human factor: we will provide the proper service according to the damage situation. Only charge the actual replacement cost of the material, not another fee, all postage for repair borne by the customer
