Tips :
For optimum performance, it is best to install the solar panel in full sunlight and let it charge for 8 hours.
It is best to keep your solar light away from shady areas as lack of sunlight will diminish the amount of lighting time.
Keep debris and snow off the solar panel to allow battery to recharge.
If the solar panel has been covered for a long time, it is best to replace battery and / or to recharge in full direct sunlight for at least 8 hours, so it can maintain maximum capacity.
Keep the solar light away from any fires or dangerous stuffs!

Q: How many lumens ?
A: They are 15 lumen. 5 times than common one on market!
Q: How is the warranty ?
A: One year for whole light.
Q: Dose the package come with or without the AA rechargeable batteries?
A: They come with AA Ni-MH 800mAH batteries.
Q: Can i use a battery larger than 800 mAh ?
A: It is better to use the same capacity. If too large, it can not be charged. If too small, it can not last long.
Q: How many packs from one Package ?
A: Normally, it is 2 packs. But we can also make 4/6packs as well.
Q: Can this light be with warm white ?
A: Sure!
Q: Why they come without spikes?
A: The spikes are putting inside the stainless steel tube, please just pull it out.
Q: Why do I need to manually turn the lights off then back on ? Shouldn’t they turn on automatically every night at dusk?
A:You must turn them on the first time that you use them. Instructions say they won’t charge if you don’t.
Q: Why it only work 6 hours in cloudy days?
A: Because the battery is not fully charged in bad weather times, as the same for Winter. But, only if there is plenty of sunlight, it will work longer at night!
Q: Can I place sample order directly online?
A: Sure! But for express/shipping cost, it is better to inquire us firstly. No official express company can send with battery inside. And their cost is more expensive. We have our own way to send these goods with cheaper price!

Dear customers, as usual, sample will be charged and sent out by freight collect. But , for some stock item, we can provide you free sample, but you should pay for the delivery cost.

Dear customer, normally, we do not accept this for our current solar lighting product , cause it is very difficult , what’s more, it will extend the production time and somehow damage the product. We suggest you to make a stick rather than printing directly.
If you have a new product , then we can accept this as per your request.
For our air humidifier and air purifier , it is okay.
•6.Do you accept color box packing when quantity is below MOQ ?
Dear customer , yes we can make it. But the cost of the printing plate fee will be included in unit price.
