PVC water treatment tube settler
Tube settlers, also called lamella clarifiers, widely used in all different clarifiers to remove sand for water treatment.
The settlers use multiple tubular channels sloped at an angle of 60° and adjacent to each other, which combine to form an increased effective settling area. This provides for a particle settling depth that is significantly less than the settling depth of a conventional clarifier, reducing settling times.

1. Tube Settler can operate at 2 to 4 times the normal rate
2. Can cut coagulant dosage by up to half
3. Provides less filter backwashing
4. Increased flow capacity
5. Increased flow of water treatment plants

Tube settlers are always packed by pallet with belt.
