20mm channel hanging cooling tower infill 1020mm PVC fill for Marley cooling tower
The ML cooling tower fill is one of famous and popular PVC cross flow fill in all of the brands cooling tower fill. It is good sales in the worldwide and have a good lifetime in use.
We supply different sizes for ML cooling tower fill for customers.
1.The film fill is probably the most thermally efficient fill worldwide.
2.It is well adapted to any induced draft or natural draft cooling tower using normal industrial water quality.
3.Sharp horizontal corrugations allow even water redistribution on the sheet and water rotation for good contact with air. The offset flute design allows vertical rotation of air with limited pressure drop.
1.The thickness is from 0.22mm to 0.45mm which the raw material PVC sheets are requested good quality and strong enough for the ML fill.
2.The width are 610mm, 750mm, 813mm, 915mm, 1000mm, 1220mm, 1520mm, the new mould and machine for 1900mm width ML fill is in development. We believe it will be successful in the near future, that will bring much convenient for customer in the installation and application.
3.The length of ML cooling tower fill can be customized. The normal length are 1854mm, 2060mm, 2450mm, 2678mm, 2980mm, 3090mm. The pitch is 19-20mm, that means the distance between two loose fill sheets is 19-20mm. It is hanging on the fiberglass tubes in the cooling tower 2 sides.
And it has A type and B type which make two loose sheets joint points match very well.

Cross flow cooling tower fill make the water meet the air crossly, when cooling air entry the tower from two sides, the hot water come into the tower from top. This meet between hot water and cooling air was named cross flow. The result is the water become the lower temperature and flow away from the tower bottom, and the hot air is uprising in the tower top.
