250mm PVC cooling tower fill pack for round cooling tower
Round cooling tower fill is a good fill packing for round shape cooling tower, Counter flow fill packing is full of the tower bottom and without any glue and installation, just only loose the fill rolls from a fasten packing fill to be a space packing fill.
1. It request the thickness is above 0.3mm-0.4mm, and the roll height is 240mm, 250mm, 280mm, 300mm. Usually 300mm is the normal size.
2. We make the round cooling tower fill by PVC or PP material.

Round cooling tower fill belong to counter flow cooling tower fill, the working principle is all cool air entry in the tower from bottom when the cooling tower fill located in the center is full of the tower, when the hot water come into the tower from top, the cool air low the water temperature when all water is scattered all around the fill media surface. After the temperature lowing, the cooling water will flow out on the bottom, and the hot air lift in the tower top.
The round PVC fill roll diameter is 750mm, we can load 3500kgs in a 20feet container if the unit roll weight is 15kgs, the round PVC fill roll diameter is 1000mm, and we can load 1500kgs in a 20feet container if the unit roll weight is 15kgs. The reason of the same weight but with the different roll diameter is that the PP material is less flexible and large hardness than PVC material.
