A2: Absolutely. LPoster is unique with different sizes such as 640mm, 960mm, 1280mm width, with different brightness such as 1000nits, 2000nits, 5000nits and also various installation ways can be customized such as hanging, horizontal, wall mounted, etc. Warm welcome to tell us your OEM requirements.
Q3: What is the control system? How is it?
A3: We use Nova Taurus Series asynchronous control system. Support cluster play and management. Support APP/ Phone/ WIFI/ Ipad/Laptop/ PC/ Cloud control. It’s very easy and convenient to control the LPosters.
Q4: What is your best service?
A4: One to one sales engineer to customer responsibility system. We will do:
1. Know your project and provide the best solution for it;
2. Track your order and let you know each step and detail of it;
3. Teach you how to install and use the screen;
4. Care the subsequent use of your screen and ensure your after - sales service be well.
Q5:What’s the delivery time?
A5: A sample needs 3~7 days. An order less than 10 pieces needs about 14 days. If you need more or have special requirements, the delivery time is more than 2 weeks.
Q6:How about your Warranty Term?
A6: 3-years warranty. Structure design, installation problem, program the screen, how to use the screen…... Don’t worry, we have professional after-sale team to solve your any questions after you placed an order. And your exclusive sales engineer will also help you get over any problems.
