A1: Dongguan city, 40 minutes driving to the city centre of Shenzhen
Q2: Can I get samples?
A2: Yes we offer 20cm/pc samples with accessories for free
Q3: What is your standard length? and maximum length?
A3: We stock 2m, 2.5m and even 3m length, max length is 5.8 with MOQ
Q4: Do you accept OEM & ODM?
A4: Yes, we are experienced in OEM & ODM service with 9 years experience
Q5: How do you pack the goods?
A5: Normally profiles, diffusers, accessories packed seperately, individual packing on request
Q6: What is your lead time?
A6: 2-3 working days for samples, 3-15 working days for mass order
Q7: How do you ship the goods and take how long to receive?
A7: Normally by international express like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT(3-7 working days), and by air or by sea
Q8: Which lighting fairs do you attend?
A8: HK International Lighting Fair(6-9th April, 27-30th October), Guangzhou International Lighting Fair(9-12th June), Light+Building, LFI, ect, welcome to visit us at any of them.
