This led module is specifically designed for being used in light boxes and channel letters whose depth is 100-250mm. It's equipped with Nichia led, whose prestige and quality are recognized with over 30 years of experience.

Quality

 We have already mentioned it, but we have not detailed it yet. We can offer warranties of 5 years due to the great resistance of materials and intelligent design used. Schematically explained in the following points>

  • We only work with leds from the top5 led suppliers in the world.

  • Each led works in parallel and individually within each module.
  • The base material of integrated circuits is resistant to heat and moisture.
  • Components are assembled with a double seal with anti-vibration protection.
  • The exteral housing is fireproof, thick and tight.
  • Our resine is ultra-transparent, long life and high resistance, keeping each module hermetic.

  • Each module is shipped pre-tested.

  • We have UL listed CE and RoHS certificates, and any other test certificate can be performed.

Although not shown all due to lack of space, here we see the first 3 tests and how they can actually dive in an keep working.   Both pictures from below are obscured due to the intense brightness of the LEDs, but it was daylight and the room was bathed in daylight noon.

This is a clear example differentiator. After working for 6 months submerged in salt water, all modules keep the same brightness of the first day.   The advantage is obvious and clear. No need maintenance, do not require returns of sold material, and prestige will increase over time.

Certificates

All models have the UL listed CE and RoHS certificates because are the most requested. Also this certificates are printed in every bag and every box we deliver.

Delivery

We have bags of different sizes to minimize the shipping cost. For example 35x25x23 cm,45.5x25x46 cm o 53.5x38.5x38.6cm.

We package giving priority to the safety of the product, according to the amount to ship the products are first bagged and then introduced in small boxes for being, finally, put inside larger ones. Once we calculate the weight, they are secured with a yellow plastic strip to prevent its opening until arrival to your company.

Each bag and box are individually labeled with barcode, specifying model, technical data, quantities and certificates among others.

Thanks to our contracts with forwarders, we can offer you excellent fast and cheap services.
