A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample;

testing system to guarantee the quality, making sure our customers just get the right products. But, if it does happen, you may need to send us some details of the failed Cob LED Light such as the operating condition and the surroundings, better with defective picture. Once we confirmed it is kind of Quality Issue from our side, the replacements would be shipped together with your next shipment.
