Qihe pick and place machine TVM925 is a new bench top machine which upgrades from TVM920.X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis use high-precision straight slide .They make the positioning more accurate and running more stable.Multi-Vision System: one down-looking camera.Up vision system includes four small cameras and one big camera. Time saving benefit by the four nozzles over four cameras at the same time.So the mount speed of machine is faster than before The efficiency of the machine has been greatly improved Re-integrate the internal structure of the fuselage. To make the fuselage more compact and save space.It is convenient to transportation and handling. TVM925 is new design  portal frame, can connect 39 pieces of 8mm feeders.TVM925 uses closed-loop servo system. Humanized operating software and bottom motion control system make the placement easier and more stable.

A: The TVM802 has two nozzle-heads, we supply 4 nozzles. The TVM925 has 4 nozzle-heads, we supply 6 nozzles. The QM41 has 4 nozzle-heads, we supply 8 nozzles.
