Main feature
1.Adapt Pneumatic shifting,Fast brand 8JS118 auto gear box cluch, adpat Sot shaft block mechanism,Implement the remote control transmission shift,forward gear 8 gear 8 grades,reverse gear I grade.Parts are good uniwersality.
2.Low speed big torque, can reach 12500N.m. Good detachable, rig weight 6500kgs.Company adopt patent lubricating mechanism and hydraulic system cool device. Avoid parts hot by high speed and high load.Promote improve hydraulic system work efficiency and hydraulic component life.
3.To replace the six-partty vertical involute spline spindle,twofoldness load output torque.Spindle diameter 96mm.Double cylinder hydraulic feed stroke 1000mm. Special suitable for bia diameter rod, wireline core drilling capacity deep can get 2200m deep by 71mm wirelinecore drilling rod tools.
4.Adopt douplex gear oil pump supply oil. Implement hydraulic shunt confiuence,Less power consumption, hydrauloc system oil temperature.Hand oil pump equipped on the system.Avoid of the drillong accident.
